To prevent coil burnout, always prime coils before use and let the pod sit filled for 5–10 minutes. Use high-VG e-liquid for best results with sub-ohm coils.

The Drag S2 offers three power modes:
- Smart Mode – Automatically selects the ideal wattage based on coil detection, perfect for beginners.
- RBA Mode – Manual wattage control from 5–60 W, great for experienced users seeking precision.
- Eco Mode – Limits output to conserve battery life, delivering about 10% more usage per charge.
The Drag S2 features a built-in 2,500 mAh internal battery and fast charges via USB-C at 5 V/2 A.
A full charge takes about 90 minutes and yields approximately 345 puffs when using a 0.6 Ω coil at 20 W.
The Drag S2 uses VooPoo’s PnP X pods and coils (incompatible with older PnP versions):
- DTL coils: 0.2 Ω (40–60 W) and 0.3 Ω (32–40 W)
- MTL/MTL-RDL coils: 0.3 Ω (MTL/RDL) and 0.6 Ω (MTL) – availability varies by region
PnP X pods feature a top-airflow system that balances pressure and resists leaking. The mesh coils use thermo-stable cotton and a dual L-shaped anti-leak structure, lasting up to ~100 mL of e-liquid before performance dips.
The PnP X pod has a built-in airflow control ring with scale markings. Rotate the ring to dial in draw tightness—from tight MTL pulls to looser DTL inhales.
The Drag S2 uses the fire and up/down buttons for control:
- Fire ×5 – Power on/off
- Fire + Up – Lock/unlock device
- Fire + Down – Reset puff counter
- Fire ×3 – Cycle through Smart, RBA, and Eco modes
